"The room was clean, the staff very helpful, and the hotel is convenienyly close to AA check-in. The restaurant on the top floor is another matter. The staff is not being managed correctly, the servers are dividing customers up themselves, and if the server in front of you is not yours, you don't get service! This is probably due to the fact that an 18% gratuity is added to every check and bar tab, so there is no incentive to do the job well."

"The room was really clean and new because they just renovated it. But the rest of the hotel was under construction. There was a lot of homeless around the hotel and the building was completely open and exposed. Anyone could go in. Stayed out late for a concert and wanted to sleep in but there was the noise from the construction. The staff were weird. A lady kept knocking on our door for hours to clean our room. There was no sign in our room to put on door. Then when I when I went to get ice, one of the male staff stood in the hallway staring at me while I waited for the elevator. Made me uncomfortable. Luckily he didn’t get on the elevator with me! It ended up being a comfortable stay besides the weir encounters and feeling exposed to public. The beds were really cozy and we slept amazing. Oh and they charge for parking unless you can find a spot up front. Weird that hotels would charge their guest to park. Just a chance for them to make more money."

"Property very nice, pool is crowded but they have chairs all over the place - a little to close but there are plenty. Beach set up with chairs as well. Very clean and attentive staff. Restaraunt pricing didn't feel like your were being gouged. Nice complementary drinks at check in."
