"We were met at the property the owner Orhan who made us all feel so welcome and his wife prepared a beautiful well appreciated lunch for us. After lunch Orhan gave us a guided tour of the town, which again was unexpected but greatly appreciated. The property itself is well maintained, well appointed and immaculately clean. It sits in beautiful gardens with the added attraction of the pool and slides, which the kids loved. One minor downside is the location, only because the nearest shop is...

"Lovely stay at Villa Ria, pool is wonderful, and location good. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfy, and garden very nice. Major roadworks going on directly outside (literally the road being built around the villa) which was noisy from early in the morning, though appreciate out of owner’s control. Would have been nice to have had the jacuzzi working; but neither ourselves, pool man, or Huseyin could get it going! Dalyan as gorgeous as ever, a great holiday."
