Very helpful and pleasant staff. I was staying there on my own and it felt like a very safe, quiet and relaxing place to be. Good breakfast every morning. Very central and just a short walk to all amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at the Rota Hotel, Daylan. Everybody was so friendly, a good Turkish breakfast. Would recommend it.

Wonderful hotel for our 10 day stay. All the staff, especially Jucel and Dogan, were so kind and helpful and couldn't have done more to make sure we had everything we needed and took such good care of us. Very clean hotel and the location is perfect for easy access to shops, restuarants, river trips etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year. Thank you all so much.

Weve stayed at the Rota a number of times and have always had a great experience. Close to the town, clean, comfortable, good food and very friendly staff.

It was a lovely hotel, family run by lovely people. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was proper Turkish and plentiful. The only downside was two showers with no hot water.

Lovely Hotel

Really lovely hotel in a great spot next to all local amenities and tourist attractions. Bus to istuzu beach only 20 lira. Staff fab and arrived early so was offered breakfast free. Really clean rooms that are freshened up daily. Lovely place and so reasonable on price.

This hotel is well appointed for a short walk into town. It is a little bit tired and could do with some TLC but the bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well. There were very flimsy signs to hang on the outside door to say whether you needed cleaning or not but they kept blowing away so we were never sure if the staff were going to come in or not. The balcony was nice but the chairs a little uncomfortable. It was good to have an insect screen on the door so you could enjoy the breeze. We didn’t use the sunbeds as they were all lined up in a row and a little too close to others. Breakfast was served daily between 8-10 which is a little early for us so we only went down twice. It would have been nice to have had coffee from a machine instead of instant. It’s a very quiet hotel considering it’s close to the town.

Delicious breakfast, beautiful place and location. The bed support wasn't the best, my back felt a little bad after 2 nights. The owner is friendly but there is often nobody at the reception so you need to search for a staff in the place.

Nice stay - planned to stay for 1 night and ended up staying 4. Great easy-going staff, central location, good breakfast. Not luxury but you're not staying here to be in your room all day; photos are accurate and everything was clean, comfortable and secure.

Stayed two nights to have a day and a bit to explore Dalyan. Used the hotel solely as an accommodation base. Breakfast good, owner very helpful and does speak excellent English. Sorted taxi for us back to airport. Only other guests we saw were Brits. NOTE: the hotel is not by the river as some maps show. It is only a short walk away however (although in the rain it feels a lot longer)
