The community is located within minutes of the DFW Airport, a centrally located fully furnished 3bd/3ba (1514 sqft) non-smoking condo in Grand Prairie, Texas (close to six flags and Hwys 30, 183 & 360) With its exposed lighting fixtures in the bedroom, tufted headboards with a King in Master and queen and 2 twins that can align into a king in other rooms, this 2 story unit has a workstation and dining table, and a lovely patio. IMPORTANT: “OTHER THINGS TO NOTE” BELOW (pets, id’s, etc)
The space
Spacious 3bed 3bath Condo with Front patio and fenced backyard.
On the first floor, you have a bedroom with a queen bed and it’s own bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Spacious Living room with high ceilings. Separate Dining area with view of the backyard area.
Laundry room is downstairs tucked under the stairs that lead upstairs to the master bedroom, which has a Kingbed and an attached bathroom. 2nd room has twin beds that can combine into a King bed allowing flexibility to comfortably host up to 6 guests comfortably. Backyard is spacious ideal space for outdoor grilling or just to hang out
