  • Welcome to our Spacious Home with New Swimming Pool and Deck!

    We are excited to share our recently updated home with you! Not only does it feature a brand-new swimming pool and deck, but it also boasts a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, bar and game area, sunroom, 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. The entire property; house, barn, and now the swimming pool, is accessible to guests.

    Downstairs:
    • Living Area: Includes a 75" Smart TV, queen sofa bed, loveseat, and a view of the newly added swimming pool.
    • Kitchen: Oversized and equipped with brand new appliances - pots, pans, plates, rice cooker, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. There is also a nook area with a 4-seat dining table.
    • Dining Area: Formal space with a 6-seat dining table.
    • Utility Room: Equipped with a washer and dryer.
    • Bedroom 1/Master Bedroom: Features a king bed, accent chairs, attached master bathroom, and closet.
    • Bedroom 2: Includes a queen bed and shares the 2nd bathroom.
    • Bedroom 3: Includes a queen bed and shares the 2nd bathroom.
    • Sunroom: Furnished with patio furniture, hanging egg chair, and split AC, offering a cozy space to relax overlooking the new swimming pool.

    Upstairs:
    • Game/Bar Room: Furnished with bar stools, a foosball table, dart game, wet bar with mini fridge, and 2 twin beds.
    • Bedroom 4: Features 2 full bunk beds.
    • Bathroom 3: Full bathroom with a tub.

    Outdoor:
    • New Swimming Pool and Deck: Recently added for guests to enjoy.
    • Bean Bag and Ladder Toss Games: Available for outdoor fun.

    Location:
    We are conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from downtown McKinney, 20 minutes from Frisco, 45 minutes from Dallas Downtown, and 60 minutes from Fort Worth.

    Guest Access:
    Guests will be provided with access codes for the gate and main door.

Marvelous Mavik Ranch

Our group had a great time staying here for our friend’s wedding! Beautiful property with a large outside space to enjoy hanging out at the pool and around the bonfire. The host is very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

We loved this property and had a great time! The kitchen accommodated our group of ten to eat together in close proximity, swimming was awesome and the beds were comfortable! Messaging with the property owner was easy and quick responses! Would stay again !

Relaxing family Getaway

We enjoyed the pool, game room, and cards at the kitchen table. We prepared family dinners in the wonderful kitchen. We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and plenty of bedrooms. We would rent again :)

Quiet Ranch House

Stayed with Family and Friends for the Eclipse. The property is very rural. Quiet retreat. It is a little bit to go into town, but perfect if you plan on cooking most of your meals as we did. The pool was well maintained.

Host was super nice & responsive but the housekThe oven was broken saying “close oven door to pre-heat”. The mattress cover in the room my daughter was sleeping in had a stain we noticed when the fitted sheet came off. The house was clean. Pool was nice but small. We did decide to stay in a hotel for this next weekend when we are in the area again- the house was a little pricey for what we got. I would suggest investing in some nice bath towels that match throughout the house.

We had a fantastic time at the Mavik Ranch. Communication with the host was exceptional. The property was as listed. We had plenty of room and comfort. Having a pool was great with how hot it was. Would highly recommend the property.

Welcoming and clean, great for groups!

My friends and I stayed at the ranch when we had a wedding in Van Alstyne and this was perfect! Lots of beds so everyone had their own bed and the 3 bedrooms were perfect so couples could have a room. The pool was great for cooling ofd in the Texas heat, the kitchen was well stocked with coffee, and there were plenty of towels/blankets for everyone. The pictures are also very accurate to the current appearance which made it feel more comfortable from the first time we went inside.
