Lots of space. 5 bedrooms, 12 beds. We have a private pool in 8 feet enclosed backyard, a mini golf yard, outdoor dining, outdoor sitting, pool lounge. We also have a garage converted game room. Families and friends can come together for fun in or out of the home! Pool and Spa are not heated . The pool is cleaned every Tuesday or Wedneday, however due to wind and rain, the pool can have some debris . The space WOW! This is a dream vacation home located in the center of North Dallas. The pool is cleaned every Tuesday or Wednesday , however due to wind and rain, the pool can have some debris . 2) Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($50 per hour) . Late check without pre-approval will be $100 fee per 30 minutes. 3) We have a very strict No Large Gathering, Events or Party Policy. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement (or those agreed upon prior to the beginning of your stay). Th elocations was good. Thes house was open and housed all 8 of us without feeling cramped. I really loved the kitchen. The pool and mini golf was great. We all had a great exerience. A few things that could be improved: A little more clean in the bathrooms. Include bigger serving bowls Need Blankets on the kids bunk room beds. A grill would have been awesome. The home is tastefully done and amazingly had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. The home is beautiful and has many great features but my favorite were the TWO washers and dryers. Laundry has never been so quickly wrapped up! I fully intend to duplicate this at my home. The girls loved the mini golf, and the ability to use streaming services on the televisions. Communication with the host was fast and responsive to any issues. We would stay again if we ever needed to. ##### S. A. Immensely disappointed upon entering the house, when I saw how dirty the walls were! To make matters worse, the first night at the house, there was a huge cockroach crawling on the wall in the living room. Needless to say, I was very grossed out! The house didn’t have any extra rolls of paper towels or small trash liners. It was a huge inconvenience to take the trash out to the bins, since the bins were behind the house. The garage was locked, and so was the backyard fence door. Hence the only way to get to the trash bins was to go around the back through a narrow dirt road alleyway. ##### Jenny K.
