Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★
We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

Please note that our office room perfectly functions as a bedroom as well, equipped it with a plush, queen-size futon. And for those workaholics, you can now sleep and have a nap in between zoom meetings too!
★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
