This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home features a private pool, oversized backyard, open-concept living areas, and a garage game room with a movie area, making it a great fit for weekend trips, work stays, and DFW getaways.



Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, comfortable living space, fast Wi-Fi, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay.



Sleeping arrangements:

Primary bedroom: King bed

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: Double bed + twin-over-twin bunk

Bedroom 4: Queen bed

Bedroom 5: Two twin-over-twin bunks



The backyard is one of the highlights of the home, with a private pool, lounge seating, covered patio, grill, and plenty of space to enjoy time together outdoors.



Located in Irving, the home offers convenient access to DFW Airport, Dallas, Arlington, AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, and other major attractions across the metroplex.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the home, including the backyard, pool, and game room.



Self check-in is available via keypad for a smooth and convenient arrival. Detailed instructions will be sent prior to check-in, and our team is always available if you need assistance.



All vehicles must be parked on the property. Street parking is not allowed. Please use the driveway for parking; the garage is set up as a game room with a movie area.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Irving, offering a comfortable and convenient base for your stay.



You’ll be within easy driving distance of DFW Airport, downtown Dallas, Arlington, AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, and major shopping and dining areas. Grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday essentials are just a few minutes away.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easiest by car. The home is centrally located with quick access to major highways, making it easy to reach Dallas, Arlington, and surrounding areas.



DFW Airport is just a short drive away, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available.



Other Things to Note:

POOL:

There is no hot tub.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.



The outdoor pool is regularly serviced. Leaves or minor debris may appear between cleanings, especially after changes in the weather. The pool technician may access the backyard through the side gate during your stay.



BACKYARD ACCESS:

Landscaping and maintenance teams may access the backyard once or twice per week through the side gate to maintain the outdoor areas.



PETS:

Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee.



HOUSE RULES:

No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are permitted at the property.

No smoking inside the home.



SECURITY:

Exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the property and driveway for safety purposes only. There are no cameras inside the home.



GENERAL:

The home includes a large outdoor space, so occasional insects typical to Texas may be present despite regular pest control.
