Beautiful ranch home (2k Sf) near Lake Ray Hubbard. Lake access nearby. Rockwall Harbor nearby. House features a wood burning FP, rich wood floors, custom built-ins, an open and inviting kitchen, 3 BR - BR 1 King with full bath, BR 2 Qn bed and BR 3 bunk bed share Jack n' Jill Bath. Lg Covered Porch with grill. 1 acre lot with ancient oaks, pecans, and Crype Mertles. Pool access for fee. Hidden gem!  
Laundry room is shared w/guest house also an Airbnb. No smoking 🚭

Rockwall and Heath are two wonderful cities on Lake Ray Hubbard. The home is located conveniently to both Heath and Rockwall. Rockwall County is one of the fastest growing counties in the country. With beautiful surroundings and the azure waters of Lake Ray Hubbard, Rockwall County offers both fabulous entertainment and leisure opportunities for the visitor.
