This property was great! The hosts were not only gracious but attentive, reaching out periodically to see if we needed anything or remind us about things like trash day, which we appreciated.The property itself was fantastic, too, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, from coffee and utensils to cookware and even exercise equipment. There was also a desk with a monitor and office chair in case you need them. The house was tastefully decorated with plenty of beds, a cozy den, and a spacious layout. We'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area, especially if visiting the nearby university or you have a large family. We can't thank the kind hosts enough!

Perfect location

I loved the way the beds were set up in each room. It worked perfect with me and husband and with our daughter and her two kids. It was very clean and well taken care of, I loved the thick towels , however I was shocked there wasn’t any body soap or wash. If we had stayed at a hotel it would have been provided. The freezer worked and the ice was very much appreciated but the refrigerator did not. The coldest it got was 56, not good. One last thing it would have been nice to have been able to use the garage to unload especially since the driveway has a big incline. Would we stay there again ABSOLUTELY!!

Stay in frisco

We stayed here for a week in July 2023 and it was a great experience. Located close to amenities in Frisco and Prosper. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of supplies for cleaning and cooking provided. Fans and AC located in all the rooms. The only con was that the bunk room has the master bath and the 2 king rooms share the smaller bath. But it’s workable. Great wifi, tvs galore with ability to login, and very clean. Would stay again and recommend to friends!

Nice place to stay

There were six of us that stayed at this property for 7 nights, 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The house was very clean as were dishes, beds, etc. The beds were very comfortable and were obviously top end beds. Since most of our stay was in the evenings, this was a key element. The living room was a good size with a single sectional that was good for seating about four people. For more seating we needed to move chairs out of the kitchen. The kitchen was large and well equipped with everything needed. A nice addition was the Keurig machine including a nice supply of coffees and teas. All the appliances were modern and worked well. We did not use the washer and dryer, but they are available off the kitchen. The room with four beds was where our teenagers stayed, and it had a large bathroom attached with dual sinks, a shower, and separate bathtub. The teenagers liked to hang out in that room and watch TV. All the bedrooms had TVs. The other two rooms in the house had king beds, and that is where our 4 adults slept. Neither of those rooms had attached bathrooms. There was one additional small bathroom with joint shower and bathtub in the hall between the two "adult" rooms. It would have been nicer to have bathrooms in each of those adult rooms, but we managed ok. The garage space is not available to park your car out of the Texas sun which would have been nice. Overall it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it.
