"This is an amazing hotel! The staff is great and so helpful. The food and drinks in the restaurants were great. I wish I could remember our servers name. She had a great personality so sweet and on top of everything. Not the cheapest place but well worth the money.also it’s right in the middle of town and made it so easy to get around. "Our room had cob webs hanging from the ceiling and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was covered in dust. AC was rather loud and did not cool very well! I know COOL in Ireland? However we like to sleep in a very cool room 20-21c."

"Great hotel with a warm atmosphere and very convenient location. Close to tram, buses, and trains. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Only a 10/15 minute walk from the city centre but there’s plenty going on within 5 mins of the hotel too. Recommend the Garrison museum which is almost next door. I am very glad I chose this hotel!"
