« Lovely cozy cottage with ideal location near Kiptopeke State Park. This was our second stay and we enjoyed ourselves as much this year as last year! Very peaceful, clean, and convenient 15 minute drive to town of Cape Charles. Highly recommend! »

We have been long time tenants of the property and the advancements since our last visit 13 years ago were fantastic. « The cottage was perfect. Very clean, extremely well stocked kitchen, linens were nice quality and comfortable, beautiful location, outdoor shower, lots of outdoor space and screened in porch. Will be staying there again for sure. »

« We had such a wonderful and relaxing week here! We loved the private waterfront deck - from our morning coffee to evening sunsets (which were stunning!) we spent most of our time there. The cottage was inviting and clean with nice beach decor and a very well-equipped kitchen and the cottage had just about anything you could need.
