The room was very clean. We were served at the front desk by the manager and she was fantastic. Gave us a munchie bag, list of Eureka's better restaurants and a good description of the city. Breakfast was good as well.

Loved this hotel! The historic architecture, crown moldings, and vintage lobby gave the property so much character that you just do not get in modern chain hotels. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff at the front desk gave us great local dinner recommendations. If you appreciate historic charm and do not mind a few vintage quirks, it is a wonderful place to stay! I was sad there were no ghost encounters.
