« The staff was kind, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. I was disappointed that the description of the property and amenities were not totally transparent. I had chosen Rapid River Lodge for the waterpark. I had young children and knew it would be fun for them to play in the water. At check-in I was told the waterpark is closed, they have limited days and hours. They called to another hotel and we had the inconvenience of loading up and drive there for a pool. »

« Parking sucked(was next door in a huge mud hole). Charged me $100 deposit that will be paid back at (their discretion) is what the desk clerk told me. Carpets were horribly dirty. Worst motel I have stayed in since I stayed at an old motel on the reservation. Am very disappointed. »
