"Very clean cabin, stocked with all the essentials for a fun weekend. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the hot tub on the deck and watching the ocean. The check in and check out process was very easy. I had a few questions and Avari Management responded quickly and were very helpful. We had such a great time that we have already reserved another cabin for Thanksgiving weekend. I would highly recommend Whales Head Resort."

"Unfortunately, this Vrbo did not deliver . Hot tub was dirty, wiped down the dirt from the sides , toilet was dirty . We used the sofa bed, and I was lying on springs, the queen size bed, should have been replaced yrs ago. Windows were fogged up from moisture getting in and could not see out clearly. Needs serious updating."

My constructive criticism…dirty floors, stained furniture, ants, spider webs, dead flies, living flies, shower was very old (big crack in the master shower…thought I might fall through shower floor), sloping floors throughout the house, hard to find (instructions made it very hard to find) mini blinds were jacked. "Cons: Lock on door is very finicky. Furniture is heavily worn and in some cases broken. The hot tub lid desperately in need of replacement and is incredibly heavy due to being waterlogged.Pros: Beds were comfortable and the location is great. Quiet and private."
