A hilltop setting among the pines, great for a romantic get-a-way or a serine, getaway for the individual. The property is extremely private with expansive ocean views from every window and a relaxing patio for sunsets. Above the fog line (usually). 3 miles to the beach and 4 to town. Many guests find themselves, just hanging out, a very relaxing and soothing property. Many birds including Pileated woodpecker and Quail. Incredible night skies! Very, very clean (my wife) and comfortable. See photos. Every year we plant new flowers, lots of new improvements, new heating system, new hot water heater, new bed and bedding and new paint. Jul 10, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Beautiful weekend getaway! The house was so peaceful and had beautiful views. All the windows really opened everything up. There was a sweet little bar in front of the house where we sat with our coffee each morning and watched the birds - tons of hummingbirds and swallows. We even saw a bear one morning! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need to cook with. Overall, it was a great getaway for the weekend.
