« Very lovely hotel in the heart of a little town. Clean, quiet and confortable. The restaurant was closed due to gas leak. They notified us by email a few days ahead. Upon arrival, they told us we could to bring take out food from local place. We hate our pizza in the hotel bar and they nicely provided plates and crockery. »

« Si l'extérieur ne paie pas vraiment de mine, l'intérieur est "classe". La charmante Alice, à la réception, est l'efficacité même. Chambres spacieuses et très propres, dîner et petit déjeuner excellents (salade de fruits frais, banana's bread, haddock et scrambled egg...). Faites un saut à l'hôtel Crieff Hydro pour y boire un thé dans le très bel espace type jardin d'hiver et plonger une tête au spa. À recommander »

« Chambre au calme mais demain sur les toits des cuisines donc une vue loin d'être agréable. Très bonne literie. Le plus c'est la baignoire après une journée de marche. Ce que je n'ai pas aimé c'est la personne qui débarrassait le petit-déjeuner alors qu'il était 9h15 et que nous pouvions prendre ce repas jusqu'à 10h sans demander si nous avions fini »

"A notre arrivée, le ménage avait été mal fait et la fenêtre était ouverte (avec un courant d'air froid). L'employée a rapidement corrigé la situation. L'hôtel est beau et historique, le restaurant est excellent, la chambre petite et "vintage". Les murs sont minces, car on entendait très bien nos voisins. "

"On vend comme chambre pour 4 une chambre pour deux avec un canapé-lit minuscule. La preuve, il y avait trois oreillers et trois serviettes, la chambre était donc conçue pour trois. Comme d’habitude trop peu de place et de prises. Ah et le petit déjeuner n’était même pas à la hauteur des autres holiday inn express (en plus d’une table qui colle et de la moitié des tables qui sont très basses et exigent de manger à moitié accroupi). . Et autant la jeune femme de l’accueil (qui bosse matin et soir, je serai curieux de lire la convention collective ) était souriante, autant son collègue ne faisait aucun effort pour se montrer un tant soit peu aimable. Chaque question, pire chaque requête (un quatrième oreiller pour quatre, j’exagère probablement) se heurtait à un visage fermé, idem au check-out. Cela dit il a bien fait de ne pas s’enquérir de la qualité du séjour, la réponse ne lui aurait pas plu."
