Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Beautiful hotel in a fantastic setting, owners and staff great , breakfast fab and we ate there both nights and it was great . It's off the main drag but with easy access to and from the A9\. Family run, with excellent catering, a well-stocked bar and quiet, comfortable rooms at very reasonable prices. On site parking is a bonus. The hosts were welcoming and personable and we felt that our custom was valued throughout. A further bonus for us was having our dogs accommodated too. Great stay, made extremely welcome and their oh so comfortable beds meant we both got a great night's sleep. If you are eating there do try the rump steak it is superb. Excellent choices for breakfast for us GF folk too. I arrived late for check in and the restaurant had closed but the owner made me something as i had been traveling all day, I was also leaving too early the next day so the owners again my me a take away bag as an alternative, they really went out of their way and it was really appreciated. Nice dog friendly pub too, had fusses with owners dog who was lovely and friendly.
