"Big, comfortable room with everything we needed. The only issue was the bathroom with the exhaust fan and light having dozens of dead bugs on them. They obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time which was gross. "

"My best friend and I had booked this hotel for a mom’s night away and we DID NOT even stay here. Once we arrived, we were told that the hot water heater was broken so there would be no hot water to shower and that the pool was closed for “repairs”. We were going to be okay with that, but then we were told because we live in the area, we would have to pay another $200 on top of what we paid for the room in order to stay there. At that point, we canceled and went to a better hotel in the area that was more accommodating. We should have been notified of the hot water heater, pool maintenance, and the fee before checking in. No where on this website or the official hotel website does it state anything about the extra $200 fee (only states it for cash paying guests). The front desk attendant was also very rude and had an attitude when we were just trying to ask about the fee and its purpose. "
