Luxury Loft in Downtown Columbia with Rooftop Terrace

On Valentine’s Day 1945, a south Georgia born boy and a young Sicillian woman from Wisconsin, met across a hotel lobby in Milwaukee. He, a classically trained violinist and she, an elevator operator with poems in her heart and stars in her eyes. It was love-at-first sight and they wed that night. To get by in between gigs, young and starving newlyweds wrote songs that they sent off to everyone in Billboard magazine. Their first hit, Country Boy was being performed by Little Jimmy Dickens at the Grand Ole Opry as they pulled their dilapidated trailer and two baby boys into Nashville’s Rainbow Trailer Court. Boudleaux and Felice Bryant went on to get 800 songs cut, including hits such as Bye Bye Love, Wake Up Little Susie, Rocky Top, and All I Have to Do is Dream. As Nashville’s very first professional songwriters, they have been inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Nashville Hall of Fame, and the Georgia Music Hall of Fame and have garnered dozens of awards.

Felice and Boudleaux are no longer with us but their legacy, love story, and music lives on.

When their son Del and daughter-in-law Carolyn decided to open a unique loft vacation rental, their first priority was making it luxurious, homey, and dreamy - a home away from home. Their delightfully charming and dreamy second story loft is located inside a two story building dating back to 1850 on the square in Downtown Columbia. Featuring a rooftop terrace with courthouse views and luxury accommodations for up to three guests, this is one property you definitely want to experience!

Love this place!

5 Stars – One of the Nicest Places I’ve Stayed!I recently stayed at this apartment in Columbia, Tennessee, and it was truly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. The space was spotless—super clean and very well taken care of. It was also incredibly convenient to everything in town, which made getting around so easy.I really appreciated the thoughtful extras, like the coffee setup and the nice touches in the bathroom. It made the whole stay feel that much more comfortable and welcoming.I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

The perfect spot

We absolutely loved our stay at the loft! It was our first time visiting Columbia, and the loft was the perfect home base for exploring the town square. Everything you need is within walking distance! The hosts were very thoughtful! Check in was a breeze!The appliances and furnishings were all top notch! The master bed was very comfortable and the master bath was stunning! Though it was cold, the roof top area was lovely! We were so thankful this place was dog friendly as our Yorkie loved the stay as well. This truly was the perfect weekend getaway! We will definitely be back!

Muletown Getaway

This property is gorgeous and in such a convenient location. It was very easy to access. Once inside it is very we hoped it would be, so spacious and cozy. Next time we stay in columbia, this is where we will be.

Wonderful property on the square in Columbia

The loft is clean, quiet and secure - what more can you want? Plenty of space for 2 people and our dog to spread out and make our home for a week. Bonus - Muletown Coffee next door was a perfect morning routine.
