"The pictures do not do this property justice. The three story home has 3 beautiful bedrooms, each with luxurious bathrooms. The main bedroom and the living room has a small patio and then there's a rooftop seating area that is an excellent spot for gazing at the Houston night skyline. The quiet area is gated off a not too busy street in a beautiful neighborhood.

"Modern B&B is a cool space with a personalized touch and a fantastic breakfast -- and the price is very reasonable. We were in town to move our daughter into college and had arranged ahead of time to have a few items shipped to the B&B while we were there. When one package arrived two days after we had checked out, Lisa, the proprietor, very kindly brought the package to my daughter at college. Talk about going above and beyond! (Also, the space is very cool and funky and we enjoyed our conversations with the proprietors, staff and other guests.) "
