"Not my favorite place. Staff struggled with things like room charges. Overcharged my card for parking . Stayed two nights, charged for 4 days of parking. Watch your card charges. I almost didn’t notice. Maids threw garbage and dirty sheets in halls and made it impossible to get through. It was gross walking over people’s soiled dheets and towels. "

"Only stayed because of the pool and it was not open , our tv did not work , halls were sooo loud people jumping and running above us untill 11 pm . I wanted my money back so we can find a new hotel . We won’t stay here again . Staff was nice just not worth the money . Kids super disappointed "

"Brenda was a very responsive and helpful host. The waterfront cottage was absolutely spotless - and so well appointed with everything we needed for a weekend get-away. It’s a wonderful spot to watch herons, Canadian geese and other water birds. Best of all we saw a bald eagle soar right in front of the dock on our last evening!"

"Property showed signs of wear and tear. Scuffs and marks on the wall in the room. Loose screw in the shower. Caulking around the toilet was not where the toilet was. No free coffee. All ice machines on the each floor were broken. No free breakfast. The staff running the cafe for breakfast could not operate the cash register and the food was horrible. Had to wait longer than normal to get breakfast made, and we were the only ones that had ordered at that time. Will not stay at this location again."
