I cannot wait to come back. The hotel is amazing. Staff was so helpful from the minute you leave the bags with them to bring up yo your room to towels you get for the beach across the street. Someone is there to help give directions, give you a short cut. Restaurants all around. You can get clothes washed two short blocks away. Free water bottles everyday and coffee refill. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We looked forward to getting up and eating rhe breakfast buffet everyday :)

Staff was attentive, nice, and efficient in returning all questions via email. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Spa was wonderful and Emma was the best! Buffet was a two thumbs up for having a variety of choices (Vietnamese, American, healthy, etc.). Great location too! I would def stay here again!

Ezra the food manager was outstanding. Very helpful and courteous. The food selection and the fruit artistry were excellent. Overall service in the hotel is excellent. The bank (ATM)is close to the hotel. No complaints. Free shuttle service to ancient city and to a bang beach.
