We wish that we were able to stay there a couple of more nights than what we did. ##### Leah Stayed 3 nights in Apr 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Hei Tung Jessie Jul 4, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities Nice and friendly staff, willing to help the visitors for the trip planning, e.g. coconut boat ride near the Retreat, clean environment, well-designed room and incredible swimming pool outside the room, the location may not be convenient, but it is worth to spend one night here!! ##### Hei Tung Jessie Stayed 1 night in Jun 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### GIHUN Aug 24, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 아름다운 숙소와 아름다운 직원들 2가족이 함께 여행하기 위해 선택한 숙소였습니다. 리셉션직원들은 상당한 영어실력을 갖추고 상세한 설명을 해주셨습니다. 생각보다 안방비치가까워서 마사지 음식점 마트 ,ATM 차로 10여분 이동하면 모두 이용가능했습니다. 시설이 좋은 큰 리조트는 아니지만 이곳을 선택한 이유는 자연친화적인 방갈로 스타일이었기 때문입니다. 정원이 잘 관리 되어있고 3개의 수영장에 낙엽한장 떨어지지 않는 깨끗함을 보여주었습니다. 수영장 바로 곁에 객실들이 붙어있어서 소음에 주의해야하며,수영장이 일찍 마감이어서 아쉬웠습니다. 모기걱정을 했는데 저희가 숙박한 기간(8,11-13)은 모기가 없었습니다. 모기기피스프레이와 침실에 모기장이 있어서 물리지 않았습니다. 조식규모가 작아도 알차고 과일도 맛있습니다. 쓰어다는 직접 만들어 먹었습니다. 조식에 직원들도 친절합니다. 만나는 모든사람이 친절했습니다. 그랩푸드도 많습니다. 짐을 들어주는 직원분도 친절했습니다. 필요한 교통편을 도와주시려고 늘 노력하셨고 불편한점은 없었는지 세심하게 살펴주셨고 다음 숙박시설에 대한 문의사항도 리셉션에서 직접 전화연결해서 해결해 주시는 친절함에 너무 감동했습니다. 한국인이든 유럽인이든 다 우리에게는 똑같은 소중한 고객이라는 말이 기억에 남습니다. 다음에 저희 가족만 따로 조용하게 묵으러 가려고 합니다. 방갈로 스타일이지만 베트남 느낌이 물씬 풍기는 이색적이고 합리적인 가격과 작지만 부족함없는 조식, 리셉션 직원들의 헌신적이고 아름다운 미소는 호이안에서 지내본 곳 중 최고였습니다. ##### GIHUN Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Morten Mar 9, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort Alt det vi manglede som familie med 2 mindre børn fik vi her.
