  • The Jumping Mullet Guesthouse is a one bedroom, 1 bath designed for a restful stay. Guests enjoy a welcoming living space with heating and AC to keep comfortable year-round. The bathroom is clean and functional, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this excellent house provides a cozy retreat. Conveniently located in downtown within an easy walk to King’s Bay, restaurants and nightlife. Laundry available on site as well as access to fire pit and tiki bar area with gas grill. Owners live on property so we’ll be available to answer your questions and address your concerns. Boat trailer storage available on site. Owner has a tour boat company as well so you’ll be able to jump on a few tours during your stay. WiFi included. 90 day minimum as per city zoning regulations.
