This property is located right behind Plantation Inn Resort & Golf Course, on the same canal. Large open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room combo. Huge back room for entertaining with TV and pull-out Queen sleeper couch. 3 minutes away from Three Sister Springs. Fort Island Beach is 7 minutes away. The golf course is one block away. Manatee watch from our dock. You can go scalloping, enjoy the springs, and golf all in one visit. Fort Island Beach area also has a boat ramp and fishing pier down the road. I own the other 2 houses across the street and it is a vacation rental as well. Great for a family reunion if you can get all 3 homes. Inquire if you're interested in renting out 2 homes or all 3 houses. If possible, bring your cooler to store your scallops/fish. It was clean and well-stocked. We did have a plumbing issue arise and the owner sent a plumber out the same day to remedy the situation. Communication with the owner was excellent and much appreciated. The only thing I feel is worth mentioning is that there is no pool heater— which might not be an issue depending on the time of year but since we went in March it was a huge bummer the pool was unusable as the water was so cold.
