We charge $20 per night for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit. The pool heater is on a timer and the heater runsfrom 8am to 8pm only. Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 5th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This place did not disappoint. Looks even better in real life than in photos. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated, equipped in everything that we needed. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The location is perfect for nature lovers looking to relax, spend some time on beautiful walking trails, swimming in crystal clear springs , visiting friendly manatees. There’s an abundance of nature tours, conservation areas and parks within 15 minute radius. We truly enjoyed the size and privacy of the backyard and our morning coffee by the pool while listening to the birds . The weather was perfect and we have finally received a much needed doses of vitamin D. We spent the whole month of February at Chris’s place and this was not long enough. I called…they sent out pool service…still green the next day…I called again…pool service came out again…better by the last day but not good. Never got to use pool. It was July in Florida and we get a lot of rain but they should have been on top of it. Outside furniture was awful also. Covered by a tarp that was full of water. Lots of mold and mildew. The open floor layout was perfect. The owner had quick responses to any questions we had through email and even texted us upon arrival and departure. We enjoyed our trip and the one level house was nice for our older parents who walked with canes while visiting. The house is close to everything such as shopping and swimming.
