"Overall the room was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious but, the shower was barely 3’ x 3’. I was hitting my elbows on the wall as I showered. Breakfast was very disappointing. It was the same food that you would get for free at other hotels and cost us $50 for 2 people. Plus the lobby was under construction so we had to drag our bags to the side of the building."

"From check in to check out was a smooth process. Our second day the hotel experienced a power outage due to severe thunderstorm that knocked power out in the whole area, which is totally understandable. The staff was super friendly and helpful during that time. They offered us a refund for the remaining nights. We booked some where else unfortunately but as soon as they regained power we rebooked with them. That’s how much we enjoyed and loved our time there. This hotel is definitely saved in our number one preferred hotels in Chicago. Thank you to the staff."

"Only thing that made me take a star away was I looked a week ago on a Tuesday and the price with my rewards was 82 a night, I went to book the next day and it jumped up to 233. I thought that was pretty bogus but guess I should have booked right away. Wanted to book somewhere else when I saw the second price but I had already told my son about it and it was his birthday so I felt I could t take it back. Kinda crazy they change the pricing that much overnight."
