Food was decent (there was a hiccup once, but staff went above and beyond to make up for it and compensate it, so I'm not reducing the rating). "We loved our stay at Bermuda House Chateau West. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Location was ideal, for many reasons. John Smith Bay directly across the street within a minutes walk, bus stops within 1-2 minutes walk, and grocery store within walking distance. Our host Elizabeth was excellent at communication with answers to our questions immediately or next day. Elizabeth sent detailed information on colors and distances for bus routes, grocery stores, and help step up taxi pickup from the airport. I would recommend staying at the Bermuda House Chauteau West. Thanks, Christy R."
