Great hotel. I the UK for my dad’s celebration of life and hotel made visit easier to manage. two adults and a 16 year old, and plenty of room! Check in was smooth. Staff friendly. Breakfast amazing. Good atmosphere in restaurant/bar. Enjoyed our stay.
Only slight grumble was not allowed to enter IHG one rewards, to take advantage of late checkout. Was told couldn’t as booked on Expedia. Always do this in Canada (home) and have never had a problem so that was frustrating.

the hotel was beautiful, big room and very very clean, there was a party on the 1st floor directly beneath us on the last night, we got no sleep that night, I think we should have been made aware of the music, party and noise that goes with this and we could have been on a different floor

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel in a great location for the beach, shopping, pubs and restaurants.
The parking is horrendous, I had to park 15 minutes walk away, not the most convenient when I had a lot of luggage.
