"I didn't really understand the knowledge of their staff when it comes to charge a deposit and I am wondering how doesn't take along to release the deposit money while once you have checked out, the workers should be able to report with in 6 hours or less but the deposit has been on hold almost three days. Cleaning it wasn't very super, just average!"

"After checking in at 11:00 pm after a long day of driving all we wanted was a little television and a comfy bed. The tv in our room did not work. After talking to the front desk in the morning we were informed that a whole section of the hotel was with out tv. First question to them was why were we not informed at check in (they already knew),or put in a different section of the hotel were our traveling companions room was. When asked for some sort of compensation they said they couldn't do anything because we booked with Expedia. They even had a board up that said "we promise to make it right ." Disappointed in stay and how it was handled. "
