« We have stayed in this beautiful home for a couple nights every September for several years and already have it booked for next year. « This place is amazing! Views are spectacular. Beds were comfy and it had a great flow for our party of 13. Kitchen is very well stocked! Loved the garage/game room. It worked out well for when we need some quiet in the house as we had a 2 year old with us. Also the decks are all in closed no steps for an escape route for 2 year old. We had a wonderful time and we will be back again! »

« We loved our stay at Top of the Pine! House was clean and had plenty of places to relax after exploring the area all day. The kids loved the pool area. We even had some wildlife come through the backyard. Kids loved to see the deer. Quick responses and great communication with host. »

« We traveled with 8 kids, 9 adults and 3 side by sides for 5 days of fun in The Black Hills. This house was perfect and had everything we needed! Great location and room for our 5 families. The house was clean, beds were comfortable for all, pool was heated and the hot tub felt great! The host communicated well, answered our questions and check in and out was easy. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and would love to stay here again! »

"Pas terrible, je ne suis pas du genre à être négatif, mais là je ne comprends pas la note élevé de cet établissement, l'accueil est désagréable , pour 86 euros choisissez un autre motel, pas de café, pas de glace, pas de bouilloire ou machine à café dans la chambre, chambre de petite taille, confort du matelas moyen, éclairage salle de bain faible, nous concernant la climatisation a perdue de l'eau vers 22h30 goute à goute continue qui arrose le frigo et micro onde dessous, nous l'avons arrêté et épongé ! Climatisation bruyante quand elle fonctionne. Le lendemain j'explique cette mésaventure à l'accueil, tout juste si il m'écoute aucune comprehension et compensation, j'aurais dû le prévenir, l'hôtel était complet, donc il serait venu bricoler dans la chambre à 23h ? Et puis vraiment pas sympa, pas d'excuses. Toutes mes locations aux USA étaient impeccable jusqu'à présent. Je déconseille ce motel."
