"My room smelled like mold and mildew. My son is very allergic to it. He was having a severe reaction and couldnt breathe. We had to leave and find elsewhere to stay. "

"Hotel undergoing renovation. Room was clean. No shelving or towels in bathroom. Top of toilet tank held a wash rag and shampoo. Towel hook on back of door easy to reach for a 6 footer… not so much for the 5’8”. No coffee for the coffee pot."
