Lobby locked requiring check in to a small hole, problem with door keys, no access to drinks or snacks, no breakfast, do cups for coffee at room machine, No hand rails in bath/ shower, no towel bars, no bottled water, Room deposit required for incidentals although nothing to buy. Indication it for damages as well. At checkout requested agent to inspect the room. No document obtained to verify inspection and no damages incurred. ...

« Few bugs in bathroom. Spiders and drain gnats. Otherwise it was fine. LOVE the size of the freezer and mini fridge. As a traveling motorcycle rider, I like to have frozen bottles of water. I was able to put 3 gel packs, 2 nuck wraps and 3 or 4 bottles of water. I'm usually lucky to get 2 gel packs and a neck wrap in the freezer. Front desk lady was great. Parking was close to room. »

« Booked room because the site said it had an indoor pool, upon arrival the was a sign on entrance saying pool was permanently closed! when i asked the lady at the desk if this happened recently she said no it has been closed since 2024 and the website should have been updated! but it was not! refrigerator in room did not work »

« They knock at the door at 11 sharp. I said I needed a little more time as I was sick at washroom. They rang the phone, knock at the door every 3-4 minutes (llouder and louder) until I left at 11h40. The front desk guy, Non-stop! When I left, the room maid was simply doing another room. I never saw this in other hotel, front desk man becoming litterally crazy at 11 sharp for checkout time! »
