The ice machine on our floor was broken and the room did not even have bags for the ice bucket. We were offered breakfast which was extremely overpriced, so we were grateful. "

"The hotel and rooms were clean and beautiful. The pool area was very nice and unique. Paying $10 for slow WiFi is a little ridiculous. Tried to order room service at 9pm (closes at 9:30) left a message as instructed and never received a call back. If it is gonna stop taking calls at 9 then just state it that way. Overall great stay, areas surrounding hotel were great as well. "
