Conveniently located within minutes of the up and coming historic downtown Crestview, this charming and historic city cottage is also located only 40 minutes to the Emerald Coast's most beautiful beaches.  
The space  
This home is a fully remodeled and updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage. Take advantage of the fully stocked coffee bar and enjoy your breakfast outside every morning on one of the two furnished porches. Spend your evenings watching the kids or pets play outside in the fully fenced large yard featuring a four square court.  
Other things to note  
Three rivers and multiple lakes are within 20-30 minutes of the home, all perfect for kayaking, tubing or tournament fishing. Plenty of parking is available to bring your fishing boat!  
  
Walking distance to 3 restaurants, a gym, 2 general stores, a hardware store, several churches and multiple gas stations.
