Summary: 2BD, 2BA home in CB. Walk to the shuttle stop. The Space: This townhouse is located in the town of Crested Butte within walking distance of everything you need. The unit is centrally located - the heart of downtown is a quick 5 minute walk away or a 7 minute shuttle bus ride to the ski slopes. The school playground is just across the street and there are two parks nearby. The upstairs living allows for great natural light and a cozy, warm atmosphere in the main living space. Note: There is a loft w/stairs off the kitchen behind the gas stove, but that area is now for storage as town regulations don't allow sleeping or habitation because of the lack of safe egress. The unit has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace and in-floor radiant heat. There are two bedrooms downstairs. The primary has a king and the secondary bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a separate queen bed. This property sleeps 6 total. There are 2 full baths, one upstairs and one downstairs. A fully stocked kitchen set up for gourmet cooking rounds out this property. The balcony has beautiful views, a gas grill and dining table with seating for 8, plus 2 additional lounge chairs - perfect for relaxing! Note: outdoor table and chairs have been stored during winter months, so not pictured in current photos. The unit has a full size washer/dryer. There is satellite TV in the master and family room. The master has a TV with DVD. This family friendly unit is stocked with lots of fun games just in case of a rainy day. All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival. You cannot find a better deal in the town of Crested Butte! No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property. Failure to follow these rules will incur extra cleaning fees. There is only 1 off-street parking space. All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property. This property is not pet friendly. Town of Crested Butte STR License #001438 Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email. Guest Access: Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST. The Neighborhood: This house is located in Crested Butte on the Southeast side of town next to the school. The business district starts a few blocs away. We were lucky enough to stay in this wonderful home directly off the main part of town and in walking distance from Clarks. This property was very clean, and came with nice linens. It failed to mention that there was no access from inside the property to thee fenced back yard. It was pet friendly and we rented the unit because we brought our dog and assumed we would be able to open the back door and let the dog out. Upon arrival the back yard was only accessible from the side of the house. The path way and back yard had not been shoveled and with 4 feet on snow and ice on the ground the back yard was useless. If we had know there was no access from the house to the back yard, we would have opted for other properties. The property itself was nice and the kitchen was well outfitted. ##### Robert A.
