This unit sleeps 4: \-Sleeping Arrangements: Private Bedroom with King BD and ensuite bath , Murphy BD in Living Room \-Room Features: kitchen, bar top and stools, fridge, burner, dishwasher, microwave (no oven). Separate dining area \-Location: 5th FL in the East BLDG, less than 5 minutes to Crested Butte Mountain Resort Listed with @BookTraverse The Space: The Grand Lodge Overview 3-star property of individually owned condos. There is no longer a front desk at the Grand Lodge but we are readily available to respond to our guests! Pros \+ Prime Location: Less than an 5-minute walk to the base of the ski resort, passing by a coffee shop and restaurants. \+ Great Amenities: Wi-Fi, ski storage, ski shuttle, fitness center, pool, hot tub \+ Indoor/outdoor pool and large hot tub—clean and well-maintained. \+ Spacious full private bedroom. The Neighborhood: We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries. The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away! Getting Around: Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer! Other Things to Note: License Account # 304488 This property is NOT pet friendly. Please be aware that the Grand Lodge pool and hot tub will be closed starting April 8, 2024 for about a week for necessary preventative maintenance work. This property does not have air conditioning. Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100\. \-This unit is NOT pet friendly. Only floors 1 & 2 are pet friendly. It was spacious and comfortable, with a separate room for a bedroom. Two bathrooms was a major plus! The lodge is situated a minute's walk to the slopes, and has a valet for skis and snowboards, making everything SO easy! Food/drinks are available on-site and nearby. Trouble with the heating system requiring us to have space heaters. Lack of organization in the kitchen with dishes. Generally a rundown feel. Parking is easy, check in is easy, everyone is very nice. The bus to take you to town is so close and super convenient. Town is cute and perfect for a vitality of palates. The hot tub and pool is great, and the hot tub is even hot enough! - sometimes hot tubs can be warm not hot. The mountain is a short walk with lockers at the base. There’s a place to grab breakfast in the lodge or you can bring your own food and cook in the kitchenette. The space is bigger than the photos show and I would highly recommend! ##### Kelsey G.
