"Excellent Location, stayed in a delightful large cottage with 2 bedrooms. The Kitchen was a little small, but it`s a COTTAGE, not your home, so deal! LOL Great stay, loved it. Staff was exceptional and the place is spotless and pool was great!! Highly recommend."

"House was well stocked with extra linens, beach towels, and paper products. Comfortable area for TV watching, nice dining room area and large island with seating for 6. Kitchen had all you needed. Nice beach chairs in the garage. Great deck for eating and resting and super views of the ocean. Across the street and down the steps to an endless beach. Richard was very responsive and accommodating."

"Great location! Steps from the beach and plenty of room for our big crew. Nice bed setup and big open space for gathering on the 2nd floor. Sweet welcome basket with lots of goodies and great supply of kitchen items for preparing and serving food. Lots of different cup options for our large variety of our beach drinks! We appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, and beach tent in the garage. We didn't have any issues with any of the systems, never ran out of hot water even with the showers going in addition to the laundry. Highly recommend for an easy, comfortable beach spot with a larger group."
