"The shower curtain liner was moldy, the bathtub was chipping, the room was not cleaned daily we were told it gets cleaned every other day, we had no way of getting in touch with house keeping. Our overall experience was horrible."

"The night that we checked in the front desk was questioning what I wanted to book. After explaining that is what we want she still tried to question it. The following morning when I was trying to check out (530am as we had a drive) I waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Knocked on all the staff doors, called the front desk repeatedly and still no on. No where to put my room keys for a drop box. I finally left a note with my room keys on the desk explaining that I could not wait anymore."

"This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed! It was like a small apartment while we stayed in Pitt. I wish there was valet parking because the parking garage ticket comp. And machine in the garage gave us some trouble. And was told that the rooftop bar closes at 9, which we didn’t get to go to because we didn’t return back to the hotel until after that the two days we were there but it’s still a great place to stay for sure! "

"The view from the rooftop bar is incredible. Very happening spot on a Friday or Saturday night (provided the weather is good). Dinner and breakfast items were tasty. The room was on the smaller side but perfect for 1-2 people during a quick stay."

"The room was super clean and updated. The bed in our Junior King Suite was incredible! Quiet room, hot water flowed fabulously in the shower. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Definitely staying here again!"
