This cozy five-bedroom home is designed for fun and relaxation, featuring an impressive arcade, a variety of games, and a refreshing pool that invites endless enjoyment. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this home offers the ideal balance of entertainment and serenity, ensuring that everyone can unwind and enjoy their time together. Whether hosting lively game nights or relaxing by the pool, this home is a true sanctuary for all. Bedroom One: 2 Queen Bed (sleeps 4) with ensuite bathroom, Bedroom Two: 1 Queen (sleeps 2), Bedroom Three: 1 King (sleeps 2), Bedroom Four: 1 Queen (sleeps 2), Bedroom Five: 2 Queen (sleeps 4) Fully Equipt Kitchen Supplies Provided: Toilet paper Paper towels Shampoo Conditioner Body Wash Handsoap Towels Make-up Remover Towels Coffee Bar Laundry Detergent/Bleach Amenities: Arcades Pool and Spa Billiard Table BBQ Grill \*POOL INFORMATION\* Spa heating and jets are complimentary! Lastly, please avoid removing or turning off the pool vacuum as this may cause harm/damage. \*PET POLICY\* We welcome all our furry friends! $150 for the first one or two pets. For any additional pets please let me know, the fee is $50 per pet beyond two. This is a one-time fee. Please be advised that any damages caused by pets (including pet waste behind left and excessive pet hair in bed sheets) or unauthorized pets may incur an additional charge of up to $500. \*SECURITY CAMERAS\* For everyone's safety, there are 2 outdoor security cameras on property that records audio and video 24/7\. They do NOT look into interior spaces. These cameras are ONLY on the exterior, NONE are located inside. \*QUIET HOURS\* 11 pm - 7 am every day. You must turn off all backyard lights during quiet hours, according to the city's rules. \*MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY\* Our home has a maximum capacity of 14 guests. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes. We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage.
