« This is a pretty good hotel that is close to several Metra locations (Mokena, Calumet, and others) for taking trips into the city. It is a bit far from things in the West, Northwest, and Norther suburbs. The rooms are reasonably clean and maintained. I'm not sure why, There is a collection of exercise equipment in the room. The room contains a coffee maker and a small fridge. There is filtered water and ice in the hallway. Overall, this was my third or forth time at the hotel. As a base for...

« Overall my stay was pleasant. Waited a few minutes to check in because no one was working the counter. Room was small but comfortable. Little shocked to find a condom wrapper on the floor but otherwise the room was clean. Wish they would air condition the hallway and common areas. It was a little stuffy. »

« Séjour de deux nuits pour visiter la ville de Chicago. Petit déjeuner inclus pas très élaboré mais correct. Déplacement vers la ville prend environ 45 minutes en raison du trafic mais je ferais le même choix considérant le prix des hôtels dans la ville même et ce malgré le prix du stationnement (42$ US pour la journée près de la tour Willis) »

« Staff are very friendly. The facility needs to be updated. Broken furniture in the rooms. Bathroom needs updating. Fortunately they were having the carpets, furniture and window treatments cleaned as we were checking out. Great location. »

« Overall an okay stay, dirty floors but the bed felt great. We booked because they had a breakfast buffet available. I came down to get some and bring it up to my sleeping boyfriend, and at the elevator two female staff stopped me and said "You're not allowed to bring breakfast up. Other people are asking because of you" which is such a weird and rude way to phrase it... they never told me this rule at check in, if it was written anywhere I missed it clearly. « Water leaked from the wall in between the tub and toilet when the shower is turned on which leaves a huge puddle of water that spreads into the room. I also left a horrible horrible smell and the attendant apologized but said that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed »
