« Staff was very helpful. Gary is terrific. The room was great. I was in Etown for just a day and the room was everything I needed. I don't book based on amenities. Which is good because the fitness center was a joke and the breakfast was minimal. But again it didn't matter to me because the facility checked every box that matters. So in my world it's 5 stars. If you like an omelet bar for breakfast and free weights in the fitness center you will want to look elsewhere. »

« We arrived at 11pm on 7/14. The desk staff that didn’t greet us when we walked up ask for our name. We gave him our last name and said our daughter had already checked in for us. He acted like that meant he didn’t need to hall us in any way. He never looked up at us or said anything useful to be helpful. We knew our daughter and child were already in bed. I asked if we could have keys. He asked for my id which I showed him and he gave one. He only spoke as little as possible and acted like we...
