"We always stay here when visiting Dayton. The price is number one reason. It is so clean, comfortable and the staff is amazing. Breakfast and amenities are a close second. The food is great and happy hour is an amazing bonus. We can bring our dog which is the greatest thing! Close to so many restaurants and the Walmart! Feel very safe here. Cannot say enough great things ab this place! "

"staff was great everything was perfect. the only thing we disliked was our mattress it felt like sleeping on concrete but that’s ok it made us appreciate ours at home lol. "

"This is a great property right on the river. Great view from the deck to sit and have coffee in the morning. We even saw a bald eagle a few times. The house was nice and clean with plenty of room for our party. The property owner was great and super accommodating to what we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing get away."
