« At this time of year there were not many guests at the hotel. It appeared that no more than a few rooms were occupied. Yet, when we arrived early - we were told to wait. Ok, lunch in town and a walk around - and yet when we returned we were not allowed in our room until the designated time. Not very friendly or helpful »

« There was a shelf behind the toilet that prevented the toilet seat from staying up.
Air conditioner was about 30 years old and made loud grinding sounds when starting up. Grinding sounds would go away after a few minutes, but it was loud during normal operation.
Comforter had what appeared to be dried blood on it.
On the plus side, staff was nice and the room actually had a paper channel guide to tell what the channels were. »

« We walked in (our second time) and it was all just so inviting as we went from room to room looking at all the beautiful Christmas decorations. It just has a wonderful vibe and so many amenities...from the retro kitchen to the movie room and then the game room? Perfection!
