"Beautiful historic hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Library bar is a great place for a pre-dinner drink. The breakfast is very tasty—eggs/sausage, juice, yogurt, and hot coffee. We’ll be back!"

"Check in process was a breeze . Room was big and very clean. A few negatives Elevators took forever !! Very slow . Hotel was very busy bc of a concert in town . Waited a couple times 5 plus minutes for the elevator . Unacceptable . Also the underground parking garage . We paid for parking .. parked and then went to dinner . After dinner there was no parking spots . What a waste of 22$ . They should have a second parking lot or let someone know when the lot is full and not charge them . Also the room only had 4 lamps and no over head ceiling light . I have never in my life been in such a dark hotel room . Terrribleeee lighting ."

"Overall my stay was excellent. I was disappointed that the sheets and towels felt drenched in bleach and soap residue. I picked a Hyatt brand hotel because they take such pride in sleep- missed the mark this time. I also used the gym. I was so excited to be able to use their peloton. One was broken and wouldn’t turn on, the other one turned on but they have lapsed their commercial license so you couldn’t do anything except the demo rides. And the water bottle cage was missing. These are first world problems. The staff were so kind and helpful, the property is gorgeous and the coffee shop around the corner is wonderful."

"The hotel room was very clean; the breakfast offered cheesed omelette, harsh brown and sausages, plus the usual pancakes etc. Staff was very courteous. Lots of parkiing space. Great value for the price listed."
