« This property has 2 units. We booked the smaller one and ended up in the larger one. The switch was due to the smaller one not being ready yet from construction. This was arranged on the check in day while we were in route. The smaller unti we rented is listed as a one bedroom. After looking at it the pics are correct just deceiving. « Our time in this very special property was amazing. There was plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax. Watching the river flow past with amazing views of an ecological reserve on the other side of the river and stunning views of Mt Lassen in the distance provided a tranquil experience both from the deck and inside the house. We played games and hung out late into the night. Ready to go back! »

« Horrible nasty not clean the floor of the room was so dirty walked from shower to bed and soles of my feet were black again! Counter tops are all grimy and dirty the bed had hair and rips in the sheets the pillows smelled of mildew and parking what parking! Came back later and had to park in a non parking spot to be able to park at location even though guaranteed parking was what they say! I would love to get my money back!!!!! »

« The property is very private extremely clean and has everything you need to cook or relax and eat out. There’s a beautiful pool and a wonderful serene view of the river with chairs, lights and several games if traveling with family. you do share the property with other travelers, although it was still quite peaceful. it is also puppy friendly and the grounds are kept impeccably.
