"This seemed like a good location and a nice upmarket looking flat, with quality amenities and furnishings from the advert. We were shocked when we arrived to find the front of the property piled high with garbage. Bags, open food waste, open bins. It smelled horrendous. It was also over 30 degrees C. Top Cotswolds Hotel Reviews

Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"All staff very helpful, and knowledgeable. Rooms large, and very comfortable. Spa, swimming pool and jacuzzi were really relaxing and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts had lots of options. All fresh and replenished frequently. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing, ideally placed to visit lots of local attractions. My husband and I both enjoyed our stay.looking forward to going back"

Cotswolds Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good

"We were given an upgrade to larger room which was ok..but lots of stairs , as third floor and both over 60 lol but appreciated the extra space . Hotel was in good place for visting other places. The meal we had in the restaurant was yummy , i had the fish and chips and hubby had the burger. But breakfast not so good, bacon was hard as was streaky and it was a mix for scrambled egg which was not very nice , tin mushrooms and tomatoes needed cooking longer and sausage and hash brown was ok and beans .Fruit salad was basic was melon and apple maybe 5 grapes sliced in half in it . After restauant being so good was shocked with breakfast feeling so cheap. You also had bread for toast and spreads and yogs and cereal and usuall drinks."
