Beautiful hotel in the heart of Porto. Breakfast was excellent and room was beautiful and quiet. The only mild complaint was that the gym is quite small and was missing towels one day, but overall we were delighted by this property. True five-star property with great facilities and staff.

An amazing hotel, with large rooms, large hallways and other public spaces, wonderful pool and the best view of the old town of Porto. Situated close to all the Port makers shops with tastings galore and a reasonable walk to cross the bridge, this is the most fantastic location. The restaurant is a Michelin star and delivers!

Staff offered a 1hr tour of the city as part of our package. Both the shuttle staff and Marta were excellent. Great client services team. The room was bright, modern and super clean.

The room was comfortable as was the bed. One thing that might be challenging for some people (it wasn’t for us) is that there was quite a large step up/down to get into the shower as it was in the bathtub. If this would be a challenge for another guest, I would make an inquiry at reception to see if there is...
