Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden trees, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (6 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 3 km long motor access (500 m via unmade road, mountain road). Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house at 100 m. Shop 4 km, supermarket 5 km, railway station "Castiglion Fiorentino" 15 km, bathing lake "Lago Trasimento" 30 km. Golf course (9 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Arezzo 32 km, Firenze 100 km, Siena 80 km, Perugia 40 km, Valdichiana Outlet Village 32 km. A bubble room is available in the garden to be booked before arrival and paid on site (extra).

Very nice cottage in the hills...

Very nice cottage in the hills near Cortona. It is very quiet and a place to really relax. In the summer it is significantly cooler than in the valley and therefore very pleasant.The owner is very nice and takes care of the pool every other day.Only to be noticed: It is a bit offsite (in the hills) and you have to get used to the small street. However, after a few times it is no problem at all. Reisetipps: Many things to do: Cortona, Arezzo, Lago Trasimeno etc.

Anfahrt des Grundstücks mit einem Für deutsche Verhältnisse ordentlichen Auto unzumutbar. Grundstück selbst in mittelmäßigen Zustand. Pool nicht sauber. Im Haus selbst Geruch durch Kläranlage Keines der Fenster mit Gage versehen Skorpione und spinnen überall im Haus. Autostellplatz ebenfalls unzumutbar In der Nähe des Grundstücks zwischen zwei Felsblöcken unter Bäumen

Nach der begleiteten ersten Fahrt in die Höhen der Berge, die einen grandiosen Ausblick bieten, lassen wir Hitze und Betriebsamkeit hinter uns und erleben den Charme von grünem Blätterdach über der Terrasse dieses Natursteinhauses.

Traumhaft ruhige Lage

Sehr schönes,süßes kleines Häuschen, perfekt mit Hund! Mein Hund fand den Garten super schön und direkt vor Ort konnte man schöne Gassirunden drehen. Besitzer unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko waren die fehlenden Fliegenschutzgitter an Fenster und Türen, so daß ständig Mücken, Spinnen und andere Krabbelwesen ins Haus kamen. Anfahrtsweg sehr abenteuerlich, aber fahrbar. Wer einen ruhigen Ort, fernab von allem üblichen Tourismus sucht ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben!

wunderschönes Häuschen im Wald

Sehr romantisches Häuschen für 2 Personen mitten im Wald in den Hüglen von Cortona. Sehr abgelegen, wer aber Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, dann ist es ein Traum. Die Anfahrt ist teilweise abenteuerlich, schmal,kurvig + Schlaglöcher. Der Vermieter begleitet die 1. Anfahrt. Schöne Terasse vor dem SZ mit großem Tisch+Bänken, auf der Holzterasse mit Pool befindet sich eine weitere Sitzgelegenheit. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und reinigt den Pool jeden 2.Tag .

Romantisch und entspannend

Das Haus liegt schattig (herrlich bei großer Hitze) auf einem Berg mit recht steiler und schmaler Anfahrt. Dafür lebt man abgeschieden und romantisch mitten im Wald.Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit toller Terasse und grossen Pool . Der nächste Ort mit Pizzeria und Supermarkt ist in 15 min zu erreichen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt .

Oase auf dem Berg

Ein kleines Cottage hoch auf dem Berg gelegen bietet auch bei 35 Grad noch eine kühle Stelle in der Toscana inklusive Pool zur Abkühlung. Anfahrt ist etwas beschwerlich, aber man findet hier Ruhe und Erholung.

Abgelegen und ruhig

Das Haus in der Contatina erreicht man nach 4 km abenteuerlicher Bergauffahrt. Hier sieht man Wildschwein, Stachelschwein, Waschbär ...selten Menschen. Genau was man für erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Freundlicher Host bringt einen beim ersten Mal zur Unterkunft. Cortona ist ca 7km- einmal Berg nach unten und wieder hoch. Schöner Garten zum Sitzen. Hund fühlte sich auch wohl... Perfekter Urlaub für uns hier.

Aussergewöhnlich

Für Ruhesuchende ist dieses Cottage in zauberhafter Umgebung ein Volltreffer!Wir haben es sehr genossen trotz nicht einfacher Wege wegen Steilhang!Haben uns daran aber schnell gewöhnt!Auto mit Allradantrieb wäre empfehlenswert.Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit an einem außergewöhnlichen Ort!Wir sind begeistert!

Bijzondere plek met veel privacy

Super locatie en een mooie omgeving. Wij hadden een wat frisse week in de zomer en omdat het huisje en zwembad weinig zonlicht ontvangen, was het soms aan de koude kant. Met hoge temperaturen zit je hier fantastisch. De weg ernaartoe is een leuke uitdaging en kost je ongeveer 20 minuten.

Bilder veraltet

Leider sind die Bilder veraltet, keine Sonne wie auf dem Bild, alles mit Bäumen voll die Sonne muss man suchen. Es vielen Käfer von der Schlafzimmerdecke aufs Bett, wir hatten sogar eine Fledermaus im Zimmer in der Nacht. Die Dusche war voller Schimmel, ein Skorpion om Zimmer aber für das kann der Vermieter nichts. Der Pool war zu kalt man konnte nicht schwimmen. Keine Aussicht. das sehr schade war. Es war überhaupt nicht das was wir uns vorgestellt hatten.

Ruhiger Traumurlaub

Ein im Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut zu mietendes Haus. Eine sehr gute Lage um einen ruhigen Traumurlaub zu gestalten.Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und mit allen benötigten Details (Pool, Kamin etc.) ausgestattet.Sehr netter (Inhaber/Vermieter), der sich regelmäßig um die Reinigung und Organisatioin des Hauses und des Pools kümmert. Alles in allem 5 von 5 Sternen!!

Très belle petite maison au calme

La maison se trouve au calme sur le haut d'une montagne. Elle est propre et dispose de tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Cependant, il n'y a pas d'accès internet et l'accès à la maison est un petit peu compliqué (route très raide et place que pour une voiture, suivie de 500m de chemin de terre).

Perfekt, abgeschieden mitten i...

Perfekt, abgeschieden mitten in en Hügeln i. Wald. Unterkunft ist urgemütlich, sehr gut ausgestattet, und der Garten mit Pool hat einen unbezahlbaren Erholungswert. Der Weg den Hügel hoch ist eine Herrausforderung für alte Autos, aber machbar.
